    It is with pleasure that Phytronix Technologies Inc. announces the recruitment of Mr. Alex Birsan as a Research Scientist and LDTD® Sales & Marketing Specialist. Mr. Birsan previous work experience in the pharmaceutical field allowed him to acquire the scientific knowledge necessary to diffuse the LDTD® technology worldwide. He will provide sales support in order to better serve our international customers.

     

    Moreover, the recruitment of Mrs. Cynthia Paradis in the  production department of the LDTD® ionization source will help meeting the increasing demand caused by the progression of sales. Mrs. Paradis is well experienced in the field of electronics.

     

    Finally, Phytronix Instruments Inc. announces the recruitment of Mr. Jean-Christophe Pothier as a Research Physicist for the Scientific Instrumentation Services. Mr. Pothier will join our Montreal multidisciplinary team specialised in the service of analytical and scientific laboratory instrumentation.

    Phytronix Technologies Inc. settles down in its new production plant in December 2010. 

     

     

    Phytronix Instruments is officially opening its new office in Blainville.  The facility is located in the North of Laval and Montreal city.  With its new installation, Phytronix Instruments will be able to improve its service by doing instruments repair and modification in the Montreal area.  Moreover, an R&D department will produce new solution for instruments used by biotechnologies companies.

     

    Phytronix Instruments is proud to welcome Mr. Houssem Loukil as Service Representative in the Montreal area.  With his impressice experience with Sciex and Shimadzu instruments, Mr. Loukil will help Phytronix Instruments to maintain and increase its capacities and quality of its service.

     

     

    QUEBEC CITY, Quebec, Canada and MILFORD, Mass. - July 26, 2010 - Phytronix Technologies Inc. and Waters Corporation (NYSE:WAT) announced today they are entering into a collaborative agreement to develop a very high throughput solution based on the Phytronix Laser Diode Thermal Desorption (LDTD®) Ion Source.  The LDTD Technology combined with a Waters® MS/MS is geared towards high throughput applications in drug discovery research, toxicology, forensics, food safety and environmental monitoring.

     

     

    The nomination of Mr. Jean Desrochers to the function of service director for the area of Quebec City is effective since January 4, 2010. Mr. Desrochers cumulates several years or experience and will continue to be in touch with the customers by way of its new functions.
